Financial Aid Forms 2023-2024
Please note that the 2023-2024 financial aid year will be FOUR (4) quarters with Summer 2024 being a "Trailer" quarter at the end of the year. That means for Summer 2024 aid, we will be using the 2023-2024 FAFSA. The quarters for the 2023-2024 year will be:
- Fall 2023
- Winter 2024
- Spring 2024
- Summer 2024
What this means for you: PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Students who receive Pell Grant at the full-time level each quarter are usually eligible for Pell Grant in the summer, subject to percentage of Pell used at another school, if any, during the FAFSA aid year. Student loans have an annual limit, so keep the 4-quarter year in mind when filling out your loan requests. Remember that there are also lifetime limits for grants and loans.
Submitting Forms and Documents: Students are able to securely submit their financial aid documents using the "Upload
Documents" feature in the "Additional Resources" Tile in the ctcLink Student Services

These loans are a serious obligation, so think about the amount you'll have to repay over the years before you take out a loan. Please read instructions carefully and submit the appropriate loan worksheet for the loan(s) you are requesting. For additional information on loans, please visit our loan information page.
