560.130 EVALUATION OF TENURED AND NON-TENURED FACULTY POLICY

The college shall establish procedures governing evaluation of all tenured and probationary faculty. By authority of the board of trustees, the president or designee is delegated responsibility to establish and to administer procedures to implement this policy that are consistent with applicable negotiated agreements and state law.
